Reseller Hosting Guide

Reseller hosting is designed for agencies, freelancers and providers that want to create separate customer hosting accounts under their own commercial model.

What you control

  • Create customer hosting accounts within the purchased plan limits.
  • Set your own downstream commercial pricing.
  • Provide your customer-facing brand and first-line support workflow.

What Interdata Networks provides

The underlying hosting platform, account resources and provider support are governed by the purchased reseller service and current terms. The live plan page and order remain authoritative.

Account separation

  • Create separate downstream accounts where the control panel supports them.
  • Avoid sharing one administrative credential between unrelated customers.
  • Remove or suspend access promptly when a downstream relationship ends.

Resource and policy responsibility

A reseller remains responsible for keeping downstream usage within the purchased resource limits and applicable provider policies. Do not advertise resources or inclusions that are not present in the upstream plan.

Support workflow

  • Collect the downstream account or domain involved.
  • Reproduce the issue where possible before escalating.
  • When provider assistance is required, open a ticket from the owning reseller account and include the relevant service details without exposing end-customer secrets unnecessarily.

Language

Display currency

Display preference only. Existing WHMCS invoices, transactions and account credit remain in the account billing currency.
Some technical and legal text may remain in English as the safe fallback.
