Start with the live catalogue
Use the public VPS, VDS and hosting pages to compare currently available services. Prices, billing cycles, availability and plan-specific inclusions are taken from WHMCS and remain authoritative at checkout.
Treat marketing summaries as navigation aids. The selected product, billing term and order form are the final reference before purchase.
Choose the service class that matches the workload
- Use shared-vCPU KVM for general websites, development systems and light services when the plan resources fit the workload.
- Use higher-resource or dedicated-vCPU products when the application needs more predictable compute or memory.
- Use shared hosting when you want a managed hosting platform rather than operating-system administration.
- Check the location, transfer allowance, port speed, storage and IP allocation shown for the exact plan before ordering.
Order and account authority
WHMCS is the account, order, invoice, ownership and support authority. Keep the service ID available when contacting support and use the customer account that owns the service.
- Confirm the selected plan and billing cycle.
- Review the order summary before payment.
- After provisioning, open the service in the Client Area and record the service ID and assigned network information.
Use the right management surface
WHMCS remains the authority for billing and ownership. Eligible VPS services may also expose service actions and network visibility through OrbitOne. A control panel or console does not replace the billing record or the service-specific limits shown in WHMCS.
Before production traffic
- Apply operating-system and application updates.
- Use unique credentials and prefer key-based administration where appropriate.
- Open only the network ports your workload needs.
- Configure monitoring and backups suitable for the application; do not assume backups are included unless the plan explicitly says so.
- Test DNS, TLS, application health and recovery before directing production traffic.
