Use the Client Area for account-specific work
- Review active services and service IDs.
- Review invoices and payment status.
- Update permitted account details.
- Open support tickets linked to the correct customer account.
Before changing a service
Check the service details and current billing state before requesting changes. Product availability, upgrade paths and billing effects can vary, so use the Client Area and the current order information rather than relying on an old screenshot or advertisement.
Write a useful support request
- Include the service ID.
- Describe the actual symptom and expected result.
- Include exact timestamps and timezone for incidents.
- Include relevant logs or screenshots after removing secrets.
- For network issues, include source and destination addresses.
Keep secrets out of general tickets
Never place passwords, API tokens, private keys or full payment credentials in general documentation or public reports. If a support workflow specifically requires a sensitive value, use the authorised secure method for that workflow.
Legal and service terms
Account use, refunds, acceptable use, privacy and service-level commitments are governed by the current published legal pages and the purchased service. Documentation is operational guidance and does not replace those terms.
