These VPS Reseller Terms (“Reseller Terms”) govern participation in the SVR4U VPS Reseller Programme operated by SERVEFORU HOST INTEGRATED, trading as SVR4U (“SVR4U”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Reseller Terms supplement the SVR4U Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, product descriptions, and any service-specific rules.
By applying for, accessing, or using the VPS Reseller Programme, reseller panel, reseller pricing, API, API keys, webhooks, integration modules, or reseller-provisioned services, you agree to these Reseller Terms.
1. Eligibility and Approval
Participation is subject to SVR4U approval. We may request identity, business, payment, intended-use, downstream-customer, or technical information before or after approval.
Approval is account-specific and may be suspended, limited, or withdrawn where reasonably required for fraud prevention, abuse handling, payment risk, legal compliance, network protection, or breach of these Reseller Terms.
2. Reseller Relationship and Affiliate Exclusion
The VPS Reseller Programme is a resale relationship, not an SVR4U affiliate-commission programme.
While your VPS reseller status is active or suspended:
Legitimate affiliate balances, cleared commissions, withdrawals, and historical records that arose before VPS reseller eligibility was applied are not forfeited solely because you became a VPS reseller.
Your reseller earnings are determined by the difference between the reseller rate charged by SVR4U and the retail price you independently charge your downstream customer.
- you are not eligible to earn new SVR4U affiliate commission;
- reseller purchases do not generate SVR4U affiliate commission;
- SVR4U may hide or restrict access to affiliate-program features for the reseller account;
- any older reseller-affiliate override may be disabled or returned to the standard affiliate configuration.
3. Private Reseller Pricing and Volume Rates
Approved resellers receive private reseller rates visible in the authenticated reseller panel and API.
SVR4U may offer additional volume-based pricing according to active-service count, settled rolling spend, account history, risk, or other programme criteria.
Reseller rates, tier thresholds, resource specifications, included transfer, port policies, and availability may change prospectively. Unless expressly stated otherwise, changes do not create a right to retroactive repricing.
You must not misrepresent a private reseller rate as an SVR4U public retail price.
4. Your Downstream Selling Price
You independently determine the price charged to your downstream customers.
SVR4U does not set your markup, retail price, billing cycle, promotional pricing, or downstream affiliate programme.
You are responsible for ensuring your advertised price, taxes, descriptions, refund terms, invoices, and consumer obligations comply with applicable law.
5. Prepaid WHMCS Credit
Your normal SVR4U WHMCS account credit is the purchasing balance for reseller VPS purchases and renewals.
There is no separate reseller wallet unless SVR4U expressly introduces one.
A reseller purchase may be accepted only where sufficient account credit is available. Successful purchases and renewals debit the WHMCS credit balance.
You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credit before renewal dates.
6. Renewals, Insufficient Balance, Suspension and Termination
Reseller VPS services are prepaid.
If sufficient credit is available at renewal, SVR4U may debit the applicable reseller rate and renew the service.
If credit is insufficient, the affected service may be suspended and a grace period may apply according to current programme settings. Automatic termination is applied only where expressly enabled by SVR4U policy.
Adding credit after a balance-related suspension may allow the service to renew or unsuspend where supported.
A reseller is responsible for monitoring balance and service state. SVR4U is not responsible for downstream losses caused by the reseller failing to maintain sufficient prepaid balance.
7. Reseller Panel and API
Approved resellers may manage eligible services through the SVR4U reseller panel and/or API.
The panel and API may support functions including:
Feature availability may differ by plan, node, service state, or backend capability.
- plan and operating-system discovery;
- VPS creation;
- service listing and status;
- power operations;
- suspension and unsuspension;
- reinstall;
- password reset;
- console sessions;
- reverse DNS;
- snapshots;
- backups;
- usage and task information;
- service termination;
- webhooks.
8. Asynchronous Provisioning
VPS creation, reinstall, termination, backup, snapshot, and other lifecycle operations may be asynchronous.
An accepted request does not mean the requested action has finished.
A service may temporarily report states such as `provisioning` or `terminating` while PVEWHMCS performs the requested operation.
Resellers integrating through API must poll the service state or use supported webhooks instead of assuming immediate completion.
9. API Authentication and Credential Security
API credentials are confidential.
You must:
You are responsible for actions authenticated with your API credentials unless caused by an SVR4U-side security failure.
- store API keys securely;
- never publish API keys in client-side code, public repositories, screenshots, tickets, or public documentation;
- use IP/CIDR allowlisting where practical;
- rotate credentials believed to be exposed;
- use the minimum access necessary for each integration;
- revoke unused keys promptly.
10. Idempotency and Safe Automation
Mutation requests may require an `Idempotency-Key`.
Your integration must use a unique, stable idempotency key for one logical operation and must not reuse that key with different request content.
If a request times out or its result is uncertain, your integration should check the existing service or transaction state before attempting another purchase.
Do not intentionally create duplicate orders to bypass limits or reconciliation.
11. API Limits and Availability
API requests are subject to account and tier rate limits.
SVR4U may introduce reasonable limits, maintenance windows, endpoint changes, deprecations, or security controls.
Automation must implement appropriate timeout, retry, backoff, and error handling.
Repeated abusive, excessive, malformed, or unauthorised API traffic may result in throttling or suspension.
12. Downstream Customer Relationship
Unless SVR4U expressly agrees otherwise, your downstream customer contracts with you, not directly with SVR4U.
You are responsible for:
You must not represent a downstream customer as having a direct contractual relationship with SVR4U solely because the service is provisioned on SVR4U infrastructure.
- downstream ordering and billing;
- customer identity and fraud controls appropriate to your business;
- communicating service specifications accurately;
- first-line customer support;
- password and access handling;
- downstream suspension or cancellation decisions;
- refunds owed under your own terms or applicable law;
- keeping enough information to identify the responsible downstream user when abuse occurs.
13. White-Label and Brand Use
You may resell eligible VPS services under your own business or brand where permitted by these Reseller Terms.
You must not:
- claim to own SVR4U infrastructure that you do not own;
- falsely claim to be SVR4U, an employee of SVR4U, or an exclusive authorised representative;
- use SVR4U trademarks, logos, or brand assets in a misleading manner;
- make network, security, uptime, location, compliance, or resource claims that are materially inconsistent with the underlying service.
14. Acceptable Use and Downstream Responsibility
Every reseller-provisioned service remains subject to the SVR4U Acceptable Use Policy.
You must ensure downstream users comply with the AUP and applicable law.
You remain responsible for responding promptly to abuse involving reseller-provisioned services, including where the activity was performed by a downstream customer.
SVR4U may suspend, null-route, restrict, or terminate an affected service where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, network protection, or repeated non-response.
15. Fraud and Verification
SVR4U may require additional verification for the reseller, payment source, downstream customer, intended use, or individual order.
Orders may be delayed, rejected, suspended, or manually reviewed where fraud or abuse indicators exist.
You must not use the reseller programme to evade account limits, promotions, verification, sanctions, payment restrictions, or abuse controls.
16. Resource and Network Policies
Plan resources, transfer quota, normal port rate, exhausted-transfer policy, IP allocations, DDoS protection, backup availability, and other technical characteristics are defined by the current reseller plan and backend policy.
Transfer quota and network-port policy are separate concepts.
A plan or account-specific resource bonus applies only where shown or configured.
17. Snapshots and Backups
Snapshots and backups are convenience features and are not a substitute for independent customer backups unless SVR4U expressly sells a service with a specific backup commitment.
Snapshot or backup operations may fail, be unavailable, or be removed due to capacity, service state, retention policy, corruption, hardware failure, abuse, or maintenance.
The reseller and downstream customer remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of important data.
18. Passwords, Console Sessions and Sensitive Data
Initial and reset passwords may be displayed only once.
Console session details, session tickets, passwords, API keys, webhook signing secrets, and other credentials must be treated as sensitive.
SVR4U may refuse to redisplay secrets that were intentionally provided once.
19. Reverse DNS and IP Use
IP addresses remain under the control of SVR4U or its suppliers and are not sold to the reseller.
Reverse-DNS requests must be accurate, lawful, and related to the assigned service.
SVR4U may reject or remove PTR records associated with abuse, deception, spam, prohibited content, or inaccurate information.
20. Refunds and Service Failures
Reseller purchases are prepaid service transactions.
A provisioning failure that occurs before a service is created may be automatically refunded to WHMCS credit where the reseller transaction system confirms that refund is safe.
Where an order, service, queue job, or VPS may already exist, SVR4U may reconcile the transaction before issuing any refund.
A timeout, pending operation, or temporary provisioning state does not automatically entitle the reseller to an immediate refund.
Any applicable refund remains subject to the SVR4U Terms of Service and the circumstances of the affected service.
21. Taxes and Downstream Accounting
You are responsible for your own business accounting, invoicing, taxes, duties, registration, consumer obligations, and downstream tax treatment.
SVR4U is not responsible for calculating or collecting taxes that you owe on your resale margin or downstream sale, except to the extent required by law for SVR4U's own transaction with you.
22. No Transfer of Infrastructure Access
Reseller access does not provide direct access to SVR4U hypervisors, network equipment, backend credentials, internal databases, or administrative systems.
Reseller operations must use the authorised reseller panel, API, approved integration module, or another method explicitly provided by SVR4U.
23. Programme Suspension or Termination
SVR4U may suspend or terminate reseller access for breach, abuse, fraud, security risk, repeated payment failure, legal requirements, excessive support burden, or material risk to SVR4U or its suppliers.
When reseller access is suspended:
Termination of reseller status does not erase legitimate historical accounting records.
- API access may be disabled;
- reseller pricing may be unavailable;
- provisioning of new services may stop;
- existing services may remain subject to normal billing, abuse, and lifecycle rules.
24. Changes to the Programme
SVR4U may modify the reseller panel, API, plans, tier criteria, pricing method, documentation, integration modules, or these Reseller Terms.
Material changes may be communicated through the billing portal, documentation, email, or another reasonable channel.
Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
25. Incorporated Policies
These Reseller Terms must be read together with the current:
Where a service-specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the more specific rule applies to that service unless prohibited by law.
- SVR4U Terms of Service;
- Acceptable Use Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- product and service descriptions;
- abuse and verification requirements communicated for the affected account or service.
26. Governing Law
These Reseller Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Nothing in these Reseller Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
