Interdata Networks may use automated or manual systems to identify unusually high request rates, repeated failed logins, access to high-risk target categories, attack or malware indicators, spam-related activity, harmful destinations, and patterns suggesting fraud or policy violations.
A detected risk may result in rate limiting, additional verification, destination blocking, temporary suspension, or manual review.

Where cross-border processing occurs, Interdata Networks will take reasonable steps to use safeguards required by applicable Malaysian law.
Proxy traffic may transit or exit through a country selected by the customer or stated in the applicable product.

Interdata Networks services are not intended for persons who cannot enter into a legally binding service agreement. We do not knowingly offer proxy or hosting accounts directly to children without appropriate authority.

Where a personal-data breach occurs, Interdata Networks will assess the incident and make notifications to the relevant authority and affected individuals where required by applicable law.
