These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by SERVEFORU HOST INTEGRATED, operating the Interdata Networks brand (“Interdata Networks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms apply to hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting, virtual private servers, virtual dedicated servers, proxy services, VPN services, IP addresses, domains, support, billing, and related infrastructure.
By ordering, accessing, renewing, reselling, or using an Interdata Networks service, you agree to these Terms and the following policies, which are incorporated by reference:
Details
If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
- Acceptable Use Policy;
- Copyright Disclaimer & Takedown Policy;
- Privacy Policy;
- PDPA Policy;
- Refund Policy;
- Service Level Agreement;
- VPS Reseller & API Terms, where reseller, wholesale, white-label, or API services are used;
- applicable product descriptions, order terms, and written approvals.
1. Governing Framework
Interdata Networks is a Malaysia-based hosting and infrastructure provider. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
You are responsible for complying with Malaysian law, law applicable in your location, law applicable to your intended use, third-party rights, Interdata Networks policies, and product-specific restrictions.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Where you order for a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.
Interdata Networks may refuse service to a person or organisation previously suspended for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or policy violations.
3. Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, billing, business, and payment information.
Interdata Networks may rely on the registered account email and client-area notices for billing, renewal, maintenance, security, abuse, and legal communications.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for passwords, two-factor authentication, proxy credentials, API keys, source-IP allowlists, server credentials, and downstream-user access.
You must notify Interdata Networks promptly if credentials are compromised. Activity performed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised by the account holder unless evidence shows otherwise.
5. Account Ownership and Transfer
The registered and verified customer is the customer of record.
Accounts, invoices, promotional plans, and services may not be sold, assigned, transferred, traded, leased, or handed over without prior written approval.
An approved transfer may require identity verification, payment verification, settlement of outstanding invoices, acceptance of current policies, and a new compliance review.
6. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to payment, stock and capacity, technical suitability, identity and payment verification, fraud review, abuse-risk review, intended-use review, and supplier requirements.
Payment or an automated order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Interdata Networks may reject, delay, or cancel an order where material risk or technical limitations exist.
7. Provisioning
Provisioning times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
A service is considered activated when access details are issued or the service is made available in the client area. Customers should test a newly activated service promptly.
8. Service Descriptions
Product descriptions identify the main service specifications.
Features, IP availability, locations, and configurations may change due to maintenance, capacity, routing, supplier changes, legal requirements, abuse risk, or technical improvements.
Interdata Networks will use reasonable efforts to provide a materially equivalent service where a change substantially affects an active paid plan.
9. Proxy-Service Definitions
9.1 Shared Rotating Datacentre Proxy
A Shared Rotating Datacentre Proxy provides access to a pool of datacentre IP addresses used by multiple customers. An exit IP may change per connection, request, session, interval, or rotation instruction. Shared IPs are not exclusive.
9.2 Dedicated Datacentre Proxy
A Dedicated Datacentre Proxy is allocated for the customer’s exclusive use during the active subscription, subject to these Terms. The customer does not own the address, and Interdata Networks may replace it where reasonably necessary.
9.3 Private Proxy
A Private Proxy is assigned to a limited number of customers or according to the sharing level stated on the order page. It is not exclusive unless the product expressly states “Dedicated” or “Exclusive”.
9.4 Proxy Gateway and Exit IP
A Proxy Gateway is the server or hostname through which the customer authenticates and routes traffic. An Exit IP is the public address observed by the destination service.
10. Proxy Protocols and Authentication
Supported protocols are limited to those stated on the product page and may include HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5.
Authentication may use username and password, API token, source-IP allowlisting, or another method stated by Interdata Networks.
Customers must not publish credentials or permit unauthorised access.
11. Proxy Usage and Custom Restrictions
Proxy use is governed by the AUP and any custom restriction communicated to the customer.
Permitted uses may include lawful browsing, public-data research, price monitoring, localisation testing, website testing, and authorised automation.
Sensitive activities require prior written approval. Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, deceptive, or unauthorised activity is prohibited.
Interdata Networks may impose target, destination, port, protocol, bandwidth, request, concurrency, session, geographic, or user restrictions based on the customer’s use case and risk profile.
12. Third-Party Target Rules
A proxy enables network access but does not grant permission to access or use a third-party website.
You are responsible for determining whether your activity complies with applicable law, contractual obligations, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, access restrictions, and the target’s terms.
Interdata Networks does not provide legal permission on behalf of a third-party target.
13. No Anonymity Guarantee
Interdata Networks does not guarantee complete anonymity, untraceability, or immunity from investigation.
Websites, networks, and authorities may identify or correlate activity using account details, browser fingerprints, cookies, login history, payment records, application behaviour, legal process, and other technical information.
Customers must not market Interdata Networks proxy access as providing guaranteed anonymity.
14. Proxy Locations and Geolocation
Proxy locations are determined using Interdata Networks’ network information and reasonable geolocation references.
Third-party databases may display a different city or region, an outdated location, or a datacentre classification. Minor differences between databases do not automatically mean the service is defective.
Where an ordered country is materially incorrect, Interdata Networks may replace the affected IP.
15. IP Assignment
IP addresses remain the property or controlled resource of Interdata Networks or its suppliers.
You receive a limited right to use an address during the active subscription. Interdata Networks may replace or withdraw an address because of maintenance, routing changes, reputation damage, abuse complaints, supplier requirements, legal obligations, capacity changes, or service cancellation.
An IP cannot be retained after the related service ends unless Interdata Networks expressly agrees otherwise.
16. Target Blocking and Proxy Reputation
Interdata Networks does not guarantee that every website will accept every proxy IP, that an IP will avoid CAPTCHAs, that an IP will remain unlisted by every reputation provider, that a shared or private IP has never been used by another customer, or that a third-party account will not be challenged or suspended.
Replacement availability depends on the purchased plan and available inventory.
17. Rotation and Sessions
Rotation behaviour, sticky-session duration, and replacement limits are determined by the product.
A rotating service does not guarantee a different IP for every request. A sticky session may end early due to maintenance, failure, pool changes, abuse controls, or capacity.
18. Bandwidth and Usage Measurement
Proxy bandwidth may be measured as total data transferred through the proxy, including request traffic, response traffic, and protocol overhead where recorded.
Interdata Networks’ usage records are the primary basis for billing and plan enforcement.
Unused monthly bandwidth expires at the end of the billing period unless the product expressly allows rollover.
19. Concurrency, Rate, and Session Limits
Plans may limit simultaneous connections, requests per second, requests per minute, session duration, bandwidth, target concentration, source IPs, and authorised users.
Interdata Networks may temporarily reduce limits where traffic threatens stability, creates abuse risk, or exceeds fair use.
20. Fair Use and Unlimited Plans
An “unlimited” service remains subject to reasonable fair use.
Interdata Networks may throttle, restrict, or require an upgrade where usage is continuously excessive, materially affects other customers, causes supplier congestion, creates unusual complaint volume, resembles bandwidth resale, or is inconsistent with the purchased plan.
21. Proxy Resale and Sub-Users
Proxy credentials and services may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or white-labelled without written approval.
An approved reseller must identify downstream users, maintain accurate records, enforce the Interdata Networks AUP, provide a valid abuse contact, suspend abusive users promptly, and cooperate with investigations.
The reseller remains responsible for all downstream activity.
22. Verification and KYC
Interdata Networks may require verification before or after activation, including government identification, proof of address, business documentation, payment ownership, intended-use details, target information, proof of authority, and information identifying downstream users.
A service may be restricted while review is pending. Failure to complete verification may result in rejection or termination.
23. Fees
You agree to pay recurring subscription fees, setup fees, taxes, licences, additional IP charges, bandwidth overage, upgrades, replacement charges, and other charges expressly stated in the agreement.
Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.
24. Renewals
Services renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and renewal notices. Failure to use a service does not cancel it.
25. Cancellations
Cancellation must be submitted through the official client area or support system.
Deleting credentials, removing a payment method, shutting down a server, or discontinuing use does not constitute cancellation.
Interdata Networks does not guarantee preservation of data, configurations, proxy assignments, or IP addresses after cancellation, expiry, or termination.
26. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Proxy services have separate eligibility requirements and are not covered by the general hosting money-back guarantee unless expressly stated.
27. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Interdata Networks before filing a payment dispute.
A chargeback may result in immediate suspension of associated services. Services may remain suspended until the dispute is resolved, outstanding balances are paid, and verification is completed.
28. Customer Content and Limited Licence
You retain ownership of lawful content you control.
You grant Interdata Networks a limited right to host, store, route, transmit, cache, copy, migrate, and process content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the service.
This right ends when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to backups, legal holds, and retention obligations.
29. Acceptable Use and Investigation
All activity is subject to the AUP.
Interdata Networks may investigate content, traffic, proxy requests, complaints, and technical behaviour that reasonably indicate illegality, fraud, abuse, attacks, policy violations, security risk, IP-reputation damage, or harm to another person or service.
30. Suspension and Termination
Interdata Networks may suspend, restrict, or terminate a service because of non-payment, fraud, false information, verification failure, spam, phishing, malware, attacks, unauthorised scanning, copyright infringement, illegal activity, unauthorised proxy resale, IP-reputation damage, supplier requirements, chargebacks, repeated complaints, or another material policy violation.
Immediate action may be taken without notice where delay would create risk.
31. Technical Controls
Interdata Networks may apply port blocks, destination blocks, rate limits, traffic shaping, bandwidth limits, source-IP restrictions, credential restrictions, IP rotations, null-routes, DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, and protocol restrictions.
These controls may be applied to protect the service, customers, suppliers, or third parties.
32. Copyright and Legal Complaints
Copyright complaints are governed by the Copyright Disclaimer & Takedown Policy.
Interdata Networks may preserve records, disable hosted material, restrict proxy access, block destinations, withdraw an IP, or suspend a service where required by law or policy.
Customer information will be disclosed only where permitted or required by applicable law.
33. Backups and Data Loss
Unless a backup service is expressly included, customers are responsible for their own backups.
Courtesy backups and snapshots are not guaranteed. Interdata Networks is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software failure, customer action, compromise, suspension, termination, failed backups, failed restoration, or events outside reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
34. Support Scope
Support is limited to the purchased service.
Unmanaged services do not include application administration, software development, code debugging, customer firewall management, custom scraping development, bypassing anti-bot systems, legal advice concerning target websites, malware cleanup, forensic investigation, blacklist removal, or data recovery unless separately agreed.
35. Maintenance
Interdata Networks may perform scheduled and emergency maintenance.
Where practical, scheduled maintenance will be announced through the client area or service-status system. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.
36. Third-Party Providers
Services may depend on datacentres, upstream networks, transit providers, IP suppliers, payment gateways, software vendors, registries, domain registrars, and security providers.
Interdata Networks is not responsible for a third party’s independent action or failure outside Interdata Networks’ reasonable control.
Where a provider requires action, Interdata Networks may restrict, migrate, replace, suspend, or discontinue an affected service.
37. Service Availability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable and as-available basis.
Any uptime commitment is governed solely by the SLA. No service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
38. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, target compatibility, anonymity, IP reputation, geolocation-database accuracy, commercial success, or legal suitability of the customer’s use case.
Nothing excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
39. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Interdata Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, reputation, customers, anticipated savings, or third-party accounts.
Interdata Networks’ total aggregate liability relating to an affected service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
40. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interdata Networks, its owners, personnel, contractors, and infrastructure providers from claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your activity, content, downstream users, unlawful data collection, fraud, attacks, infringement, spam, policy violations, chargebacks, unauthorised resale, or breach of third-party rights.
41. Force Majeure
Interdata Networks is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disorder, government action, cable failure, major internet disruption, datacentre failure, widespread power failure, supplier failure, cyberattack, or labour disruption.
42. Changes to Services
Interdata Networks may modify or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary.
Where a material prepaid service is permanently discontinued without an equivalent replacement, Interdata Networks may provide a pro-rated credit or another remedy required by law.
43. Policy Updates
Interdata Networks may update these Terms and incorporated policies.
Material updates will be published through the website, client area, or another reasonable notice method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance except where law requires another mechanism.
44. Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted.
45. No Waiver
Failure by Interdata Networks to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
46. Entire Agreement and Priority
These Terms, incorporated policies, order details, written approvals, and separately signed agreements form the agreement between Interdata Networks and the customer.
Where documents conflict:
- a separately signed written agreement takes priority;
- service-specific order terms and written restrictions apply to that service;
- these Terms apply generally;
- the AUP continues to govern all permitted and prohibited activity.
47. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts unless a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise.
48. Third-Party Software and Microsoft Windows Licensing
Some Interdata Networks services may permit installation or deployment of third-party software, including Microsoft Windows. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, the price of a VPS, VDS or other compute service does not include a commercial Microsoft Windows licence.
Where Interdata Networks makes an evaluation, trial, unactivated or customer-licensed (BYOL) operating-system image available, the image is provided solely as a deployment convenience and remains subject to the software publisher's applicable licence terms, evaluation restrictions and usage conditions.
The customer is solely responsible for determining whether its licences, subscriptions, Software Assurance rights, user/device entitlements, Client Access Licences and other permissions permit the software to be installed and used in the purchased hosted, virtualised or third-party infrastructure environment. A software product key or successful activation does not by itself establish the necessary licensing rights.
Customers must not use unauthorised, pirated, cracked or improperly licensed software; unauthorised KMS services; activation bypasses; stolen or improperly obtained licence keys; or other mechanisms intended to circumvent software licensing or activation requirements.
Interdata Networks may request reasonable evidence of licensing entitlement where necessary to investigate a complaint, satisfy a software vendor or infrastructure partner, comply with law, or address a material compliance risk. Interdata Networks may restrict, suspend, remove or refuse affected software or services where reasonably necessary to address suspected infringement, invalid licensing, provider requirements or legal obligations.
Evaluation or trial software may expire, restart, restrict functionality, require activation or cease operating according to the publisher's terms. Such expiry or behaviour is not, by itself, a VPS hardware or network failure and does not create an entitlement to a service credit or refund except where required by applicable law.
Interdata Networks does not provide legal or Microsoft licensing advice and does not warrant that a particular customer licence is eligible for hosted or virtualised use.
49. Unlimited Features, Hosting Fair Use and Resource Management
For shared hosting and reseller hosting, descriptions such as Unlimited, Unmetered, Unlimited Inodes, Unlimited Accounts and Unlimited Transfer mean that the applicable feature does not have a fixed advertised numerical quota unless otherwise expressly stated.
Unlimited features remain subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, the purchased storage allowance, CloudLinux and other published resource limits, available platform capacity, security controls and reasonable measures necessary to protect service reliability.
An unlimited feature does not permit use of shared or reseller hosting as unrestricted backup or archive storage, general-purpose file storage, public file distribution, CDN or proxy infrastructure, bulk download infrastructure, video streaming infrastructure, or another workload materially inconsistent with ordinary website, application, database and email hosting.
Interdata Networks may introduce, apply or adjust reasonable operational controls including backup-count limits, temporary-backup retention, scheduling windows, abuse-prevention thresholds, process controls, filesystem protections and other technical safeguards where reasonably necessary to protect infrastructure, data integrity, security or other customers.
Such operational controls do not reduce an expressly purchased fixed disk-space allowance or other expressly stated fixed package resource unless the Customer agrees to a service change or these Terms otherwise permit it.
Local DirectAdmin backups are intended as temporary migration, restoration or recovery copies. Unless a service description expressly provides otherwise, up to three local backup archives per hosted account may be retained at one time, and additional local backup creation may be refused until older archives are removed or transferred off-server.
Resellers are responsible for ensuring that customer accounts, sub-users and hosted services created under their reseller account comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Interdata Networks may take proportionate action against an individual downstream account where practicable or against the reseller account where a violation is widespread, repeated, unresolved, technically inseparable or creates an immediate risk to the service.
Where practicable, Interdata Networks will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remediate excessive or abnormal resource usage before material restriction.
Immediate protective action may be taken where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, active abuse, data-integrity risks, infrastructure instability or material impact on other customers. Material changes to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
