If you want to cancel a service, submit a cancellation request from the client area instead of only stopping payment. This helps us process your request properly and prevents confusion about the service status.
- Choose immediate cancellation if you want the service ended as soon as possible.
- Choose end-of-billing-period cancellation if you want service to remain active until the current term ends.
- Back up your files, databases, email, and other data before cancellation is completed.
Cancellation requests do not automatically override unpaid invoices that are already due unless confirmed by our billing team.
