Steps:

Log in to the client portal.

Go to Support or Open Ticket.

Choose the correct department, such as Technical Support, Billing, or Sales.

Enter a clear subject line.

Describe the issue in detail.

Attach screenshots or error messages if available.

Submit the ticket.

what you were doing before the problem happened

any troubleshooting steps you already tried
Example of a good ticket:

How to verify it worked:
