We are pleased to announce that Stripe Checkout is now available as a new payment method on SVR4U Billing.
This new payment option provides a smoother, more secure, and more flexible checkout experience for customers who wish to pay their invoices using cards, online banking, digital wallets, and selected local payment methods.
Stripe Checkout is a secure hosted payment page provided by Stripe. When you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page to complete your payment. Once the payment is successful, your invoice will be automatically updated in our billing system.

Our new Stripe Checkout payment option currently supports the following payment methods, subject to Stripe availability and eligibility:

The available options may vary depending on your country, device, browser, currency, and Stripe’s payment method eligibility rules.
For Malaysian customers, this means you can now pay invoices more conveniently using FPX online banking and GrabPay, in addition to normal card payments.
Why We Added Stripe Checkout
Previously, Stripe payments on our billing system were mainly focused on card-based payments. While this worked well for many users, we understand that many customers prefer local and one-time payment options such as FPX and GrabPay.
With Stripe Checkout, we are able to provide a cleaner one-time payment experience while still keeping payments secure and reliable.
This is especially useful for customers who prefer to manually pay their invoices each month rather than using saved cards or automatic recurring card charges.
How to Pay Using Stripe Checkout
To pay an invoice using Stripe Checkout:

Log in to your SVR4U client account.

Open your unpaid invoice.

Under Payment Method, choose Stripe Checkout.

Click Pay with Stripe Checkout.

You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page.

Select your preferred payment method, such as card, FPX, GrabPay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link.

Complete the payment.

After successful payment, Stripe will notify our billing system automatically.

Your invoice will be marked as paid once the payment confirmation is received.
Please do not close the payment page while the payment is being processed.
Payment Confirmation
Most successful payments should update automatically within a short time.
After payment is completed, you may return to your invoice page to confirm the status. If the payment was successful, the invoice should show as Paid.
For bank-based payment methods such as FPX, the confirmation is usually fast, but in some cases it may take a short while for the payment status to fully update.
Is Stripe Checkout Secure?
Yes. Stripe Checkout is hosted directly by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processors.
Your payment information is entered directly on Stripe’s secure payment page. SVR4U does not store your card details, bank login information, or wallet credentials.
Stripe handles the payment securely and sends only the payment result back to our billing system.
Will My Card Be Saved Automatically?
No. This Stripe Checkout payment method is designed mainly for one-time invoice payments.
This means you can pay your invoice securely without needing to save your card for future automatic charges.
Can I Still Use Other Payment Methods?
Yes. Other available payment options such as PayPal and Razorpay may still be shown depending on your invoice, currency, and account eligibility.
Stripe Checkout is now our recommended option for customers who want a modern and flexible payment experience with support for cards, FPX, GrabPay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Important Notes
Payment method availability is controlled by Stripe and may vary depending on region, currency, device, browser, and Stripe account eligibility.
For the best experience, please ensure that pop-up blockers, browser extensions, or network filters are not blocking Stripe Checkout.
If your payment does not update automatically after successful payment, please contact our support team and provide your invoice number and payment reference.
