We are pleased to confirm that the recent network connectivity issue has been fully resolved.
The incident was related to the propagation of our IPv4 prefix during the migration to our own Autonomous System, AS219206. For a short period, some networks were still receiving the previous routing announcement while others had already received the new route. This resulted in inconsistent connectivity and intermittent packet loss for certain destinations.
The previous announcement has now been withdrawn correctly, and the updated route under AS219206 has successfully propagated across the global network. Our latest checks confirm that routing has returned to normal and services are operating as expected.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption and inconvenience caused. We have also improved our migration and verification procedures to ensure that both the activation of new routes and the complete withdrawal of previous routes are thoroughly validated during future network changes.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
