Service Restoration and Network Redundancy Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We are pleased to confirm that the affected services were restored at approximately 1:45 PM (GMT+8).

The disruption was related to an issue affecting our upstream provider’s systems. Recovery work has been completed, and the affected servers and network services should now be accessible.

Our technical team is continuing to monitor the infrastructure closely to ensure that services remain stable. Customers who are still experiencing connectivity issues may restart their network connection or allow a short period for existing routing and network sessions to refresh.

We sincerely apologize for the recent chain of events and for the inconvenience, concern, and disruption caused to our customers. We fully understand the importance of reliable and uninterrupted access to your servers and services, and we take this matter very seriously.

To improve service resilience and maintain higher uptime, we are already planning and implementing additional upstream redundancy. This will not be limited to a single backup provider. Our objective is to establish multiple independent upstream connectivity paths so that traffic can be rerouted if one provider experiences an outage or technical issue.

These improvements are intended to reduce dependency on any single upstream provider, strengthen our failover capabilities, improve recovery times, and significantly reduce the likelihood of a similar disruption affecting customers again.

We will also be reviewing our existing network architecture, failover procedures, monitoring systems, and incident response processes to ensure that future disruptions can be detected and handled more effectively.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in SVR4U. We remain committed to improving our infrastructure and providing a more stable and reliable service for all customers.
