We would like to inform you that the service disruption earlier today has now been fully resolved, and all affected services have been restored.
The interruption was brief and occurred while we were performing planned infrastructure maintenance. Our original plan was to live-migrate VPS instances to another node so that maintenance could be carried out on the existing host without extended downtime.
During the live migration process, the destination node unexpectedly encountered a kernel panic, which temporarily affected the migrated services.
We immediately initiated recovery procedures and have now successfully restored all affected VPS instances. Our team is currently investigating the destination node and reviewing the cause of the kernel panic before it is returned to production.
Please check your VPS and services at your convenience. If you notice any issues or anything that does not appear to be functioning normally, please raise a support ticket and our team will investigate it as soon as possible.
