Dear SVR4U Customers,

We are pleased to announce that we are currently beta testing our new SVR4U VM Control Panel, built in-house by our own team.

This new control panel is designed to give customers a cleaner, faster, and more flexible way to manage their VPS services. Over time, more VM-related functions will be moved from the WHMCS client area into the new SVR4U Control Panel, while WHMCS will continue to handle billing, invoices, orders, and account-related services.

During the beta phase, selected VPS control features are already available, including:

  • Viewing your VPS/server list

  • Checking server status and assigned IP address

  • Viewing CPU, RAM, and bandwidth usage

  • Viewing bandwidth and Cloudflare Zero-related usage where applicable

  • Basic power controls such as Boot, Shutdown, Restart, and Power Off

To access the new panel, please log in to the SVR4U billing area, open your VPS service, and click Access Control Panel. For security reasons, the control panel session is created from WHMCS, so customers should access it through the billing area instead of opening the control panel link directly.

As this is still in beta testing, some features may still be adjusted, improved, or temporarily unavailable while we continue development and testing. Our goal is to gradually make the new control panel the main place for managing VPS services, giving us more flexibility to add new features and improve the customer experience without being limited by the default WHMCS interface.

We appreciate your patience and support while we continue improving the SVR4U platform. If you experience any issues or have feedback regarding the new control panel, please open a support ticket and our team will be happy to assist.

Thank you for choosing SVR4U.
