Network Update: ASN Migration and High-Availability Testing

Dear Customers,

We would like to provide an update regarding the recent network disruption.

We have recently completed the initial deployment of our new Autonomous System Number (ASN) and are currently integrating multiple upstream network providers to improve redundancy, routing flexibility, and overall service reliability.

Although the high-availability and automatic failover configurations had already been implemented, the expected failover did not occur as intended during this incident. Our network team is actively investigating the cause and is working to restore full connectivity as quickly as possible.

At the same time, we are reviewing and testing the failover process across all upstream connections to ensure that traffic can be automatically rerouted should a similar upstream issue occur in the future. This work is an important part of our transition to operating under our own ASN and will provide us with greater control over routing and upstream redundancy once fully completed.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption caused. We understand how important reliable connectivity is to your services, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to bring the network back online and complete the necessary failover validation.

Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.
